OUR RETURN POLICY FOR WEBSITE AND STORE

          Autumn and May consider your choice and decision in high value, and we always want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally, we understand that you may wish to return items.

          You can return any items within 7 Days from the date of purchase and you can request a full credit or Exchange. The postage charges wont consider or Credit when you return an item back. You can Return a product by Post or in Person at our store.

RETURN BY POST  

          Items can be returned by Post within 7 Days for a Credit note or Exchange as we confirmed above. For your benefit and security, in the event of a postal return we highly recommend that you send the goods back to our store by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

          It will be highly helpful, if you could put a small note about the return reason and details. On the occasion of an exchange request, we will send the exchanged and new products back to you the address you have registered in our website by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and inform you this by E Mail.

 

IN STORE RETURN

          Alternatively, purchases may be returned to our store (Store Address: Autumn and May Jewellery, 9a Greenwich Market, Greenwich, London - SE10 9HZ) in person; We will be pleased to process your credit or exchange request. Our store Opening time is: 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM 7 days a week.

 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging accompanied with a proof of purchase.
  2. We cannot give you Cash Refund.
  3. We cannot accept returns for items which have been altered or personalised messages engraved.
  4. We cannot accept returns for items which have bought from a "Sale" Offer Category.
  5. We cannot accept returns for any "Special Order's" made by you.

CREDIT NOTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the issued date, further it will expire automatically and your details will be removed from our system
  2. Credit notes are non Refundable and only be redeemed by the named recipient in our Store
  3. A Valid Credit note must be produced to redeem
  4. For the sale transaction of your Credit note, we may ask a valid proof of ID.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the issued date, further it will expire automatically and all the details will be removed from our system
  2. Gift Vouchers are non Refundable and only be redeemed in our Store
  3. A Valid Gift Voucher must be produced to redeem.
