DELIVERY POLICY


          Autumn and May wish for your special purchase to arrive in perfect condition as early as possible. Therefore, delivery will be made by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. We will inform you the product dispatch details and provide you the Royal Mail tracking number for a personal tracking on the postage by yourself. Usually we will dispatch your items the next day.

          If your items have to be ordered direct from our suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our normal delivery period, we will contact you to discuss and advice in relation with that particular purchase or product.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • We offer absolutely free shipping all over UK for order over £50.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  1. Order delivery are subject to stock availability. We endeavour to dispatch your order as early as possible,  however sometimes the delivery may take up to 14 days, because some of our lovely jewellery require special hand finish, special selection of gem stones and due to other special manufacturing requirements. The order may delay due to the British Assay office Hallmarking procedure and its queue, this is completely out of our forecast or predictions.

  2. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and may be extended as a result of any adverse weather conditions or any unexpected circumstances that are beyond our control.
  3. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.
  4. We can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland

 CANCELATIONS DUE TO ORDER PROCESSING DIFFICULTIES

          Occasionally, orders or part of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons, cannot be delivered, Some reason are:

  1. The Item(s) are not available.
  2. Your payment information could not be verified.
  3. The shipping Address could not be verified.

          If your order is canceled by us, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancelation. You will not be billed for any cancelation; we will issue a refund, if you are charged in any cancelation cause.
