ORDERING

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be dispatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised.

  1. We will send you, as soon as possible, an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which goods you have ordered. This email is not an order acceptance from us.
  2. When we dispatch your goods from our store, we will send you a confirmation email. This email constitutes a formal acceptance of your order by us. This also means that a contract between us is agreed and we are obliged to fulfill our obligations under this contract.
we will not accept your order if:
  1. We do not have the goods in stock
  2. Your payment is not authorised
  3. There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods
  4. You have canceled it in accordance with the instructions below

CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. You can E mail us to cancel the order. You will need to give us your name and address details, to cancel your order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Our website only shows goods available for purchase in the UK. We are unfortunately unable to dispatch goods to addresses outside the UK. However, in some cases, we can dispatch goods outside UK, you can E mail us to confirm this.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices include VAT. Packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. Prices quoted on the website are applicable exclusively to goods purchased through this website. Prices applicable to goods for purchase in Autumn and May stores may differ from those quoted on this website.
While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown on the website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered online are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If a pricing error is made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of buying the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. Your order will be canceled if we cannot get in contact with you to notify you of the error.
 

DELIVERY POLICY

Autumn and May wish for your special purchase to arrive in perfect condition as early as possible. Therefore, delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. We will inform you the product dispatch details and provide you the Royal Mail tracking number for a personal tracking on the postage by yourself. Usually we will dispatch your items the next day.
If your items have to be ordered direct from our suppliers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our normal delivery period, we will contact you to discuss and advice in relation with that particular purchase or product.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer absolutely free Shipping all over UK for order over £50.
All orders are posted by Royal Mail recorded delivery with insurance on transit.
 

PLEASE NOTE

  1. Order delivery are subject to stock availability. We endeavour to dispatch your order as early as possible,  however sometimes the delivery may take up to 14 days, because some of our lovely jewellery require special hand finish, special selection of gem stones and due to other special manufacturing requirements. The order may delayed due to the British Assay office Hallmarking procedure and its queue, this is completely out of our forecast or predictions.

  2. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and may be extended as a result of any adverse weather conditions or any unexpected circumstances that are beyond our control.
  3. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.
  4. We can only deliver to customers within the UK and northern Ireland

 

 CANCELATIONS DUE TO ORDER PROCESSING DIFFICULTIES
 
Occasionally, orders or part of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons, cannot be delivered, Some reason are
  1. The Item(s) are not available
  2. Your payment information could not be verified.
  3. The shipping Address could not be verified.
  4. If your order is canceled by us, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancelation. You will not be billed for any cancelation; we will issue a refund, if you are charged in any cancelation cause.

OUR RETURN POLICY FOR WEBSITE AND STORE

Autumn and May consider your choice and decision in high value, and we always want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally, we understand that you may wish to return items.
You can return any items within 7 Days from the date of purchase and you can request a full credit or Exchange. The postage charges won't consider or credit when you return an item backYou can Return a product by Post or in Person at our store.

(1) RETURN BY POST  

 Items can be returned by Post within 7 Days for a credit or Exchange as we confirmed above. For your benefit and security, in the event of a postal return we highly recommend that you send the goods back to our store by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
          Please use the following address for any return by post:

It will be highly helpful, if you could put a small note about the return reason and details. On the occasion of an exchange request, we will send the exchanged new goods back to you on the address you have registered in our website by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and inform you this by E Mail.

(2) IN STORE RETURN

          Alternatively, purchases may be returned to our store (Store Address: Autumn and May Jewellery, 9A Greenwich Market, Greenwich, London - SE10 9HZ) in person; We will be pleased to process your credit or exchange request. Our store Opening time is: 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM 7 days a week.

 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging accompanied with a proof of purchase
  2. We cannot give you Cash Refund.
  3. We cannot accept returns for items which have been altered or personalised messages engraved.
  4. We cannot accept returns for items which have bought from a "Sale" Offer Category.
  5. We cannot accept returns for any "Special Order's" made by you.

CREDIT NOTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES IN STORE

  1. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the issued date, further it will expire automatically and your details will be removed from our system
  2. Credit notes are non Refundable and only be redeemed by the named recipient in our Store
  3. A Valid Credit note must be produced to redeem
  4. For the sale transaction of your Credit note, we may ask a valid proof of ID.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the issued date, further it will expire automatically and all the details will be removed from our system
  2. Gift Vouchers are non Refundable and only be redeemed in our Store
  3. A Valid Gift Voucher must be produced to redeem.
