You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit or use any part of the website in any manner for any commercial purpose without prior consent by us. ORDERS

Order Process:

Using our step-by-step order process on the website, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract between you and us. However Please note orders will only be accepted and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your payments have been authorised.

Please ensure all your details are correct and the item you have purchased before submitting the order. If you have made an error please do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone.

If this is your first order with us on our website you can complete the purchase by entering your billing/shipping address and can also create an account by choosing a password of your choice for future orders. Please keep your password safe and confidential, in event of you forgetting the password, you may able to re-set the password through our website. The website will generate anan automated email will be sent to you to RE-SET your password.

Your Order with us:

All purchases online are subject to acceptance by us. An email notification will be sent to acknowledge your order has been placed with us. An order number will be assigned to your purchase, this email however does not comply any acceptance of your order,

If your order has been accepted we will send you the confirmation email, which constitutes a formal acceptance of your order with us.

The dispatch email of the product will give you further information on the estimated delivery date, shipping methods and will provide you with tracking information.

If we are unable to complete or accept your order, you will receive an email from us informing you that your Order has not been accepted and we will issue you the full refund on your order.

PAYMENTS

All payments are to be made at the time of confirmation of your order. We accept payments by all major Debit and Credit cards.

Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. We cannot dispatch your order(s) until full payments have been made. If we are unable to process or fulfil your order for any reason, we will refund you in full.

All the payments by card, credit or debit cardholders depends on authorisation and authentication, if the card issuers or our service provider deny or does not authorise or validate the payments for any reasons we are not to be held responsible for any delay or non delivery of your ordered items.

To safeguard your shopping experience online we use standard Internet encryption technology. This means that all of the data you send to us, over the internet, is encrypted and protected and we do not store or hold any of your payments details anywhere on the site.

PRICING

The Product Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling including UK VAT. A detailed VAT breakdown shown at Shopping Bag and Checkout Page

Any applicable packing and delivery costs will be added to the total price due of your goods at checkout. Prices listed on the website are applicable exclusively to goods purchased through this website. Prices applicable to goods purchase at Autumn and May stores may or may not differ from those listed on this website.

While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the precise price shown on the website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.

If a pricing error is been made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and make propositions of buying the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order or offer you an alternative product. Your order will be cancelled if we are unable to get in contact with you to notify.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Autumn and May considers your choice and decision in high value, and we always thrive that you are delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally, we understand that you may wish to return the items.

You can return any items within 30 Days from the date of purchase and you can request a full refund, Credit Note, Gift Card, or exchange with another item(s).

Items can be returned by Post within 30 Days for an Exchange or refund as we confirmed above. Only the product prices will be reimbursed, as the postage or the carrier charges are non-refundable. For your benefit and security, in the event of a postal return we kindly recommend that you send the goods back to our store by tracked services. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

On the occasion of an exchange request, we will send the exchanged new goods back to you with no additional postage cost on the address you have registered on our website while placing your initial order or otherwise advised by you. The order will be dispatched using the previous mode of shipment and email will be sent to you with the shipping information.

IN STORE RETURN or EXCHANGE

Alternatively, purchases can be returned to our store in person (Store Address: Autumn and May Jewellery, 9A Greenwich Market, Greenwich, London – SE10 9HZ); we will be pleased to process your refund or exchange request (for online purchases only). Our store Opening time is: 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM 7 days a week.

The items bought online can be exchanged into our store within 30 days of your purchase.

The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging accompanied with a proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered or personalised messages engraved or any customised products such as distinctively requested or Special orders.

We cannot accept returns for items that have bought  with a personalised messaged engraved, or from a “Sale” Offer Category.

PEACE OF MIND

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any point before we dispatch it to you. Kindly please use contact us form alternatively send us an email or simply give us a call.

Any orders dispatched after you have changed your mind, we will accept the returns in its original state and arrange your refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally, orders or part of an order are cancelled by us for various reasons.

Your payments were unauthorised or our system could not verify you details.

The shipping address could not be verified.

The website may displayed a product by an error which  has discontinued or out of stock, we will inform you by email or telephone and offer you either a full refund or provide you with alternative options. You will not be billed for any cancellation made by us.

Cancellation on Customised Products

Unfortunately due to the nature of Bespoke orders we are unable to cancel, accept returns or credit any customised orders that includes Distinctive orders, personalised engraved items or specially commissioned.

DELIVERIES

Autumn and May aim for your special purchase to arrive in perfect condition as early as possible. We offer absolutely free shipping for all orders over £50.

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible subject to order acceptance and stock availability.

We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Service for all UK and international orders with insurance on transit. If your items have to be handmade or finished by our designers and we are unable to dispatch your order within our normal delivery period, we will contact you to discuss and advice in relation with that particular purchase or product.

We will inform you the product dispatch details and provide you the Royal Mail tracking information. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and may be extended as a result of any adverse weather conditions or any unexpected circumstances that are beyond our control.

For all the overseas orders they may be subject to local import duties and taxes, Please note we cannot be liable for any additional custom clearance charges as they are beyond our control to predict what they could be. Please be advised to contact your local customs office for more information as the custom polices vary from country to country.

PROMOTIONS AND OFFER CODES

To redeem a promotion or offer code, please enter the code in the Voucher / Coupon code on the Shopping Bag Page of the website and click Apply coupon, if its a valid code it will be applied to your final order. The promotion codes or offer codes are non-redeemable in store.

The following terms and conditions Apply for our promotion or offer codes.

  1. Only one code can be used per Order / transaction unless otherwise stated.
  2. Codes are only applied to the item with Full product prices only; Codes cannot be applied on any of our Sale items.
  3. Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
  4. All offers and promotions dependants upon Stock Availability.
  5. We reserve the right to remove or amend all offers and promotions.
  6. Please note the discount codes such as our introductory welcome code may be applied on all brands and products on our website.

GIFT VOUCHER

Gift Vouchers are valid for up to 6 months from the date issued. The minimum amount starts from £25 to a maximum of £500. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

You can use your gift voucher if you are given as a gift or you are the purchaser. The gift voucher can be used to make part or full payments towards the purchase you make online or in store. Any remaining balance can be used for any of your future purchases with us.

Please consider your gift voucher as cash. We are not to be held liable for gift vouchers subsequently lost, stolen damaged or defaced.

The voucher is non-resalable, non replaceable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
